Finding the right information
How do I find the correct HiKOKI manual?
Enter the full model number from the product rating plate. The search ignores spaces and punctuation, so DS18DE and DS 18 DE return the same match. Use the filters if several versions appear.
Why can the same model appear more than once?
HiKOKI may publish more than one manual for a model because of revisions, languages, markets or product variants. Check the update date and confirm the document matches your tool.
Where are the manuals stored?
The searchable index is displayed on HPD. Each “Open official manual” button links directly to a PDF hosted on HiKOKI’s website; HPD does not alter the manual.
What if my model is not listed?
Check every letter and number on the rating plate. Older or discontinued manuals may not be available online. You can also use the full official HiKOKI search or contact HPD with a clear photo of the rating plate.

If the tool was purchased from us, send the full model number, article number if available, approximate purchase date and the document you need. A clear photograph of the rating plate is often helpful.
