Despatch Times

We aim to despatch orders within 2–5 working days, depending on stock availability.

Some items are not held in stock and may take a little longer to despatch. Where this applies, it will be shown on the product page.

Delivery Information

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive tracking details by email, along with updates from the courier.

Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Some deliveries may require a signature, particularly for larger or higher value items. If you would prefer your order to be left in a safe place, this can usually be arranged directly with the courier using your tracking link, at your discretion.

If a delivery is missed, the courier may attempt redelivery or provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collection.

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we may not be able to amend this once it has been processed.

While we always aim to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
