Know your cover
HiKOKI’s UK warranty is not one single automatic five-year promise. The cover depends on the product and, for machine extensions, whether it was registered in time.
HiKOKI’s general manufacturer warranty runs for one year from the date the product was sold to the end customer, subject to its terms and exclusions.
HiKOKI battery packs and chargers receive three-year manufacturer cover. HiKOKI’s current UK terms say they do not need to be registered for this cover.
Register each machine through MyHiKOKI no later than four weeks after purchase. Save the certificate issued at the end of registration.
Hi5 can extend eligible 18V and 36V Multi Volt cordless brushless tools, plus qualifying 5.0Ah and larger batteries, to five years in total.
Not every tool or battery qualifies for Hi5. Eligibility, exclusions and claim decisions are controlled by KOKI Group UK Ltd under the manufacturer’s current terms.
Register your machine
Registration is completed by the end customer through MyHiKOKI. Register each eligible machine separately and keep your evidence together.
Use the official manufacturer portal. Registration must be completed by the end customer.
Use the machine details and purchase information. Each machine needs its own registration.
Save the three-year warranty certificate somewhere you can retrieve it later.
Your dated HPD invoice or sales receipt is required if a claim is made.
